Dave,
Marcus mentioned you would be dropping by. I would LOVE to chat about spine health. We may be able to teach each other some stuff. I've done a lot of work in BIOtech and have some IP I'm patenting from the technical side. I know I have posture problems. I'm herniated from L1 to L4 where I'm PLIF fused with no pedical screws. I have sciatic impingement from top to bottom, even at some thoracic points. My posture when seated is mainly an artifact of musculoskeletal guarding. It's the one part of my health I am sure I need lots of work on.

I'm all about holistics. I use my boxing gym twice a day, including some Shotokon and Muey Tai based stuff. My flexibility is pretty great. I also medidate and stretch up to an hour twice a day. I've got a paper in the works that discusses current Neuromodulation and Spinal Cord stimulation technologies and proofs of concept I've been working on to improve them. I'd love to NDA and swap some back story!

Thanks!!!

Thanks Bobo! My peers have some great write ups. Mine, as usual, is late. I've been commenting via Twitter a lot (@bionicrocky) and will do my follow up shortly. I need to lab it all, attack it all, try and break it all, then document the pros and cons of each. I have been in contact with the vendors giving feedback.

It was really great to be able to have this feed to Wireless Field day 2. I had it running the entire day while working and was able to pull in some great information and expand my knowledge on some of the new wireless technologies.
Thanks for helping to keep us up to date BionicRocky

Hello Rocky

Saw your blog while reading about the Field Day. I had a number of spinal issues ( L4-L5/L5-S1/SI joint etc ). Was told that I would never walk again ( I’m on my feet now ). Had a number of excellent therapists get me back to health. If you feel like having a chat, drop me a line. Perhaps some of the methods that helped me may be of use to you. Am writing a book about how I was able to diagnose myself when none of the dcoctors could even tell me what was wrong with me. It will also cover the causes of back pain from an engineering point of view. Hope to have it finished by the summer.

I write on the CWNP forum as “Dave1234”. You’re right about Sciatica. Trully horrible.

Cheers
